Golf.... I'm working on getting my right shoulder a little more over my front foot. You can see in my avatar that I'm leaning back just a tad  not a problem on the grand scheme of things but could provide a little more accuracy and balance. It's obsessive just like reefing....

I'm with you on golf. Haven't played in years but am picking it back up this year. Tiger being on the loose again helped kick me in the butt.

I just finished 3 days of racing with 4 individuals races. 3 miles swimming, 115 miles biking with some awesome hills (one had a 25% grade) and 27 mile running. It was awesome and I am ready to kick back and watch the fishes.

Flounder- you will be my inspiration...I need to start running to get in better shape. I am far from 27 miles:) but I hope to start up next week, and maybe find a place to swim as well.

Where in Cbus are you? We can start a Reef N Run group. I also swim with a group at the Downtown YMCA. Having accountability partners helps.
