I was thinking today and I realized how grateful I am for such a great group of people. To show my gratitude I want to offer all Buckeye Reef members 15%off any of my reef trader listings still available. Supporting members get 20%off anything left on reef trader. Just a heads up there's still an apex available. Now if there is anyone still reading I made 50 frags today. They are all pieces of my old frag rack that I replaced today and all have between 2 and 40 zoas and/or palys on them. For every supporting member that comes and says hi you get a free one and any more you want for a "buk" a piece. Any standard members that want in can get them for a "buk" just to cover cost of plugs, glue, and cups. I'll also have some pretty generous sized montis with me for sale. Nothing over $15. I would also like to say that if there are no tables for Dustin with responsible reef aquaculture, I would be willing to move tank and other products to one side of the table and share it with him, with approval of the club. I just read the thread Dustin started about his company. Being that he is in high school and trying to make a positive impact, I feel that it's our responsibility to give people like this a shot. Our oceans will not get better in our lifetime but with us and people like Dustin, maybe the younger generations can make an impact.

We've now donated $12,169 to Mote. You guys should all pat yourselves on the back for this. Just think about the work being done to restore reefs, and help injured animals from the ocean because of this great group. I myself couldn't be prouder to be a part of it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ok this is my 2000th post in less than 4 months of being on BR. It's been a blast. And looking forward to growing the hobby making new friends. Give me a like. Let's see how many likes I can get ...... ready go !!!!!!

You guys are getting me all choked up...I Have to go wash my face now, seriously. To see that no matter what comes my way I might be able to keep my aquarium going bc I have friends who would help me, or help me down size, or help me get out and then back into the hobby is just such a blessing. I am truly blessed!

I am so touched by all the offers to help from my Buckeye friends! From folks offering good homes, to those of you I know in real life offering to temporarily house my beloved fishies, and you all willing to give me back frags in the future, or offering to help dismantle it! I am touched all the way to my bones! Life has been so topsey turvey. I am scared that the future may bring an urgent shut down of my tank. So I was thinking to preemptively shut it down. But after sharing this plan with my kids I got voted down. Sigh...my dream come true to have the boys interested in my tank again! Sigh. For now I will continue to enjoy my tank and keep you all in mind if it comes to a shut down. all my love, Victoria

We would be happy to put up flyers for the swap at Reef Critter Aquatics in Findlay. We have not fully opened yet but still have people stopping by all the time. We are excited to be at the swap this year and happy to do what we can to help promote.

Ran into Paul today from West Mariculture and he is fired up. He talked about possibly getting two booths.

Who is ready to get this party started? Life has been crazy for me the past year but all good. I decided to go back to school to be a fire fighter, got married, and am now in EMT school. Its crazy how much time becoming a volunteer Fire Fighter, and EMT takes. I haven't forgotten about Buckeye Reef. I'm ready to take it to the next level and prepare for our big Expo in March. How is everyone doing?
