  4. Its not intended for macros, so a normal dose will just stunt them. Normally it wouldnt kill your chaeto, but in order to kill the caulerpa, youll need to take the chaeto out and ats offline. Will require multiple doses as well. But yes it will kill bubble algae and bryopsis. The bubble algae turns brown and will likely need a little help to get it out of the tank. I probably shouldnt word it as killing them as it sounds like a chemical treatment, and instead say the bacterias outcompete them until they die from a lack of.food source. Youll have extra clear water too. The one drawback i found came in the form of making things too clean after repeated doses over time and the corals that like more nutrients can suffer Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  5. I run the Carib sea ARM coarse in mine. Says on the label its a high magnesium formula.
  6. I have used it in my tanks with great success. I got the fish only variety to use in my frag tank. The only difference is the strength, and to me meant more bang for my buck. I actually used it in a full frag tank first as I had a lot of hair algae and rampant grape caulerpa all over the place. took 2 weeks before the caulerpa went, but the hair algae was gone within a couple days
  7. Hows this? Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

  11. Todays update: got the floor down and even with knee pads i set my knees on fire. Going to be feeling that tomorrow. Also contacted us plastics about water storage barrels and they have a 8 week lead time on those things! Wish id have ordered them sooner. But i dont really have any other options at this time. The closet is 63" wide. I was planning on a 20" wide utility sink and those tanks were 20" diameter with 55 gallon capacity. Not too many similar options out there i can find Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  12. That was the thickest substance ive ever painted. After mixing i had to let it sit for 30 minutes, had to make 2 batches, and it gives you 4 hours total of working time. So all said and done i used the whole 4 hours. The cut in had to be dabbed into place because it was to thick to brush. But it had pretty good coverage, probably helped that I skimmed the walls to eliminate texture. Im supposed to do a 2nd coat, but i dont think ill need to do so Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

  14. Thankyou! Only one of the helpers is voluntary lol. If you look carefully hes showing his displeasure in the pic Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  15. Its going to move back as close as i can get it to the wall, and i cut the opening narrower than the tank for this purpose Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
