  1. This is the hood unit for the jbj24 that I don't use. It works great but heated my tank up. He is welcome to it. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  2. Ok. Lighting was something I needed to know. I was going with what the sun was doing. I will change it up. What is fuge lighting? I have a Aquamars recommended by Changing Tides and it is wonderful. The dosing was for PH increases but I don't use it much. I will stop it all together and just let the system run it courses. I guess Im trying to hard. Lol. I always appreciate advice. Thanks. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  3. The lights are still here and you can research their intensity by looking at a jbj 24 gal. Biotank light kit. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  4. I have a jbj 24 gallon hood w/the lights you can have. They are brand new and Im in Findlay. You will probably have to modify them. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  5. I have been in freshwater since I was12 but saltwater only tried it once and it was a fail. I am more serious and older now. Lol. I am going to stop the Kalkwasser and just leave it be for maybe 2 weeks. I bought my cleanup crew today and 1 mushroom coral. I am interested in easy corals soo....if there is any out there for a reasonable price I wouldn't mind maybe 2 or 3 more. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  6. Got the rock at Changing Tides in Findlay Ohio. I have in the tank 4 snails and 3 hermits. It a Bio24 with standard equipment. I put no heater in it since the house is a constant 73-75 degree. I started Kalwasser 2 days ago. Ammonia is .25, nitrate and nitrite 0, GH is 180, PH is about 7.8 ( I want this higher) and the Salt is at 1.026. Im watching alot of vids on youtube and reading threads on here. Thanks for the interest. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  7. Silicone. Im going to put a full piece on the bottom over the existing glass. It will be bottom heavy but it will hold. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  8. Took it in to Bigalow glass. They can cut a plexiglas bottom 1/2" thick for $101. It will yake them upto a week. Cool thing is if I ever want a top they keep my specs in a computer. This is great when I want to expand my hobby. Lol. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  9. Here is the crack (upper left corner) that I'm going to see about fixing. Thought on this is to place a whole new Plexiglas piece over the bottom. Will keep you informed probably by the end of next week. Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
  10. Got a jbj 24 gal new w/stand for 200. It came broke on the bottom so they are sending me a new one and told me I can throw out the other. I may try to get the crack tepaored on the bottom. So anyway. Im not in need of a biocube any longer. If tank doesnt go I may start another one up. Lol Sent from my LG-LS993 using Tapatalk
