Muttley000
Return lines won’t care. The only possible detriment is the length of pipe adds to total head pressure, but if it lets you change 90s to 45s you probably gain overall Sevitz5 and crimsonvice
crimsonvice
As long as your pump can handle the head pressure it should be fine. You may have to throttle the 1st return outlet a little with a ball valve to make flows even if you wanted, but I am sure you probably wont notice it much at all. I have the Neptune Cor-20 pump, so I’m thinking it will be fine. It’s only gonna have to lift the water about 2’

Sevitz5
Well made some progress today. I got my frag tank located and mounted, I got my holes drilled through the wall for my return lines, and started welding up the brackets to hold my lights. I just need to weld a gusset on the brackets and get them powder coated. I picked up my Marco reef rock and am waiting on the E-Marco 400 mortar to assemble my aquascape. Sevitz5
Tank is in its final spot. Lights and brackets installed, plumbing ran through the wall. Tomorrow I will install the rock work I have been working on.

Sevitz5
Busy day today. I got the return line all plumbed, flow sensors installed, and manifold built. The valve on the end of the manifold will feed my frag tank. All that’s left is hook up the drains, brace under the house, and start getting her wet. Sevitz5
I couldn’t stop working on it! I went ahead and finished the drains. I ran out of fittings to finish the emergency line up, so now I’m really done lol.

Sevitz5
I’m running out of room in my Trigger 39 for my marine pure fast. I have 2 of the 4” blocks, 1 of the 1” plates, and a package of the spheres in there so far. I still have a 1” plate and a 4” block to fit somehow. I added bacteria today, so in 2 weeks the fun begins. Muttley000

Thanks, the light on the main tank is the Aquatic Life T5 Hybrid and will have 4 of the AI Hydra 26hd in it once I move them from the current tank. The small light on the frag tank is an AI Prime. Sevitz5
Trigger sumps came through and built me a custom plate to accept my 1.5” drains! The original reduced down to 1” at the sump (last picture). I don’t believe I have any chance of blockage now.
