LED life

What are your opinions on LED life? The 90 gallon I setup over 2 years ago is still getting hair algae, and other stuff coming out of the rocks. It really reminds me of a sump. My LED’s are approximately 6-7 years old and they’re the only thing that hasn’t changed on this system. I’ve tried chemicals, lights out, pretty much everything.

is it possible the LED’s are out of life causing them to put the wrong spectrum out?

Life on leds....I don’t know much about burn out etc. but I will say this, I bought a used pair of Orpheks in June of 2019 that had new boards put in them on 1/05/18(he boards are stamped) and I sent them out in November to have diodes replaced that had burnt out and some appeared to be dim. I don’t think they last 10 years or so like people were saying when hey first started becoming mainstream
if that is worth anything to you....
