jakesweep
Has anyone here tried his method of quickly cycling a tank? If I followed correctly, it's basically lower salinity, higher temp, bacteria in a bottle + pure ammonia, right? If you've done it, how quickly did your tank cycle? Just curious as the ever impatient reefer.
Nanoreef13
I have used Dr Tims One and Only with my last 2 tanks and it has worked great! I also use it when I add a new fish to help with the extra bioload. Edited August 1, 2020 by Nanoreef13
jakesweep
I used One and Only in my last tank and it worked. I didn't lower the salinity and push up the temps though. Gonna try it out in this new build.
Joe
I used the quick cycle on a tank once. Took 48 hours.
