Craig
Made a little DIY mount for my float valve for my brute can. Gonna put it about 25% from the bottom of the can then when it trips the float I can just get a notification on my phone to turn the rodi on. redevil13
is this in a brute can?
redevil13
If this is, those suction cups won't hold. Just get a horizontal float switch and drill I have 4 drilled in mine 2 low and 2 high with zero leaks in 4 years

redevil13
yep, if you can use a optical one do that but ya I have 4 cheap ones and haven't had a failure yet, BUT I would only use them in a notification role and not a life support role too
Craig
All I plan on doing is if the water drops below the valve it will kill my ato so the pump doesn't run dry and it lets me know when to turn the rodi on. Eventually I'll have a valve on my rodi that will open when that valve drops so I don't have to do anything lol
